Introduction

The purpose of this blog is to update friends and relatives as to my travels around North America.  While email worked great for status updates on Fran, they didn't contain many pictures.  Once I started sending out updates on my travels, pictures were a necessity and email was no longer practical.  Thus, I have started this blog.
